Surface Finishing Machines With regards to vibratory finishing machine, there are 2 options in general. a)One is that vibratory finishing machine A type and AB type. It separate the media and work parts by the machine itself. There is a screen deck with holes to separate media and work parts. When the finishing process is going to close, the parts and media will pass over the screen deck, the media will fall down into the machine inner side body, while the parts will move out from the screen deck by the machine vibrating force of itself.  b)The other is that vibratory finishing machine B type and C type. It separate the media and workparts by manual working. Features:1. Adoption of vibratory motor to produce vibrating force, it makes workparts and medias move in one directon and mass finished interactively in the processing vessel to accomplish the surface improvement.2. Applicable to process small and medium size workparts in large amount load, with good finish effect and short time needs for processing.3. No damage to the original shape and size of the workparts.4. The processing vessel interior surface is lined with PU(polyurethane), avoiding direct damage to the workparts and machine body, and the working life for the machine is extended.5. Random checking the workparts in the finishing process, easy operation. Option to choose the independent electrical box with converter.6.
